Summer 2011 MFN Activities

Playgroups in the Park

Every summer, MFN facilitates the highly attended weekly drop-in playgroups at playgrounds around the city. Everyone welcome! This year, playgroups will be held 2 or 3 times per week from May to August and will all include:

  • Circle and story time
  • Music, songs & fingerplay
  • Creative movement
  • Art and sensory play areas
  • Bubbles & sand
  • Gross motor activities such as parachute play
  • Peer and group interactive play
  • Family and community resource information
  • Drop-in format (register each day, caregivers must be present)

Add your email address to the MFN Programs list to receive the schedule and locations when it is finalized.


A Summer Full of Family Concerts!

FMFN is delighted to bring you another popular Medford summer tradition. MFN Summer Concerts will again bring families together for several evenings of good music, kids' activities and a chance to catch up with friends old and new.
